How to get to Bucharest
BE AMAZED (PRE-TOUR) - 21/05 till 24/05

Bucharest and Brasov are among the best destinations in Romania and both cities are also not too far from each other, only about 180 km apart. Therefore, we organised our pre-tour around the beautiful landscapes of Brasov. Unfortunately, it is still not possible to fly directly to Brasov from international airports. Therefore, we will organise a shuttle service between Bucharest (OTP) and Brasov for certain flights. Remember that the journey between the two cities takes about 2u30min.

Returning on Wednesday 24th of May 2023 to Bucharest and/or Belgium
Everyone joining the 'pré-tour' will be able to use the deluxe auto car to Bucharest provided by the Belgian delegation. We will visit 'Peles Castle' during the transit between Brasov and Bucharest because it's a must-do visit. We expect to arrive back in Bucharest around 5 PM at the Pullman World Trade Center Hotel.
Remark: Registrations for the JCI European Conference will be held at our hotel taken up by JCI Gent Artevelde for the Belgian delegation only. You don't need to walk towards the HQ at Crowne Plaza Hotel (10 min walk).
Those who need a flight back to Belgium will have the option to be dropped off at the Henri Coandă International Airport (OTP). Please note only the RYANAIR flight at 20u05 is a feasible option, other flights will not fit our schedule. If you would like to stay a night longer at the Pullman World Trade Center, please let us know so we can see what we can offer (upon availability of the hotel).
